* Receiving motor vehicle parts shipments and coordinating safe offloading
*Raising Goods Received Notes(GRNs), unboxing the parts and binning them as per computer disignated locations.
*Making daily reports on stocks levels and discrepancies
*Carrying out monthly stocktaking

Stores Attendant
*Receiving customer orders for vehicle spare parts via sales department
*Getting printed order tickets from IT department and picking the ordered spares from their locations in the warehouse.
*Advising IT department to print delivery note as per the actual available parts on the order tickets
*Assisting customers order correct Vehicle spare parts using Parts Catalogues as per various vehicle models
*Report on daily stock levels,damages,returned parts
*Pack and deliver customer orders country wide through couriers
Driver(Field Operations)
*Utilizes road maps,discerns street signs and Address numbers for Inspection sites to provide the most efficient route to various Inspection locations
*Communicates with Inspectors,back office, Operation coordinators in order to receive partinent information and directions
*Checks all items in the vehicle,maintains the vehicle in operable condition and ensures vehicle cleanliness at all times.
*Drives carefully at all times and ensures safety of passengers, other road users and the assigned vehicle. Ensures all passengers wear safety before drive-off for safety reasons.
*Keeps up-to-date vehicle mileage log,fuel purchases, incident/accident reports, Service maintenance schedule schedule dates and overall condition reports.
*Ensures seatbelts, First Aid kits and Fire Fighting appliances are operable as required by local regulations.
*Ensures vehicle is driven in a professional manner that does not contravene Traffic rules & Regulations, SGS Kenya code of ethics and integrity and SGS rules for life.
*Performs Goods Inspections, Products sampling,and picking osamples from clients.
Inspector Trainee
*Self drive assigned vehicle to to Clients/Inspection locations
*Scheduling/coordinating all field Inspections.
*Performing field Inspections including LPG Cylinders revalidation Inspections.
*Ensures that measuring tools are calibrated and in good working condition in the absence of assigned Inspector.
*Performs shipment damage survey inspections.
*Performs consignment loading and unloading supervision.
*Ensures that Equipment and Samples store are always in order in the absence of assigned Inspector.
*Sampling/picking various products including water and submitting them to the laboratory for analysis as per client requests/ specs.
*Take quality photos during Inspections.
*Writing Inspection reports and generating photo reports.

*Performs Scale test at change of shift
*Chases and return to Weighbridge

*Participates in .mobile operations to weigh trucks in areas that are away from the weighbridges
*Weighs trucks using portable scale during mobile operations
