Experts
We accept online payment with MPESA, PayPal, bank transfer, credit card and payment terms of 30 days for credit clients. For 30-day payment credit terms, please allow us at least 5 working days to set up your account. For more information please feel free to contact us. To pay for the services from the platform, you are required to add a payment method. You can add any of the following payment methods to make payments:
  1. Kenyan Bank account
  2. Credit Card
  3. PayPal
  4. MPESA

All your earnings reflect in your personal cash account under the payout settings. To withdraw funds, you’ll need to add a transfer method.

You can use any of the following transfer methods to withdraw funds:

  1. MPESA
  2. PayPal
  3. Wire Transfer (an account outside Kenya)
  4. Bank Account (Kenyan accounts)

We have an inbuilt feature that allows experts to become clients and post a job for purposes of subcontracting part of the job in cases of complex projects requiring multiple expertise. Our customer care representative are available for personalized training to support our experts in using this feature.

Once you join the platform as a client and your account has been activated, you will have the rights to post a job in the platform. Within hours of posting a job, you will receive live multiple quotes from our panel of experts depending on the location of the job and availability of the expert. The profile for all our global experts are also available online for your review and selection of a preferred one with relevant skillset.

Each applicant to the CheckPlus network as an expert must pass a screening process designed to measure subject matter expertise, professionalism and communication skills.

Also, all payments are made to CheckPlus and experts are only paid upon satisfactory delivery of the requested service. Where there is a dispute, payment is withheld until the arbitration process is complete.

Go to www.checkplus.tech  and press Join Now. Follow the prompts, then check your email to finish setting up your account.

After activation of your account, you will be able to advertise jobs as client or quote for listed jobs as an expert.

Our rigorous screening process identifies experts in their domains who have passion and drive. Each applicant to the CheckPlus network must pass a screening process designed to measure subject matter expertise, professionalism and communication skills.

It depends on the location of the inspection.

In Kenya, you can obtain your inspection report on the same day of inspection.
In Asian countries & EMEA (Europe/ Middle East/ Africa) and AME (Americas) countries, you can obtain the inspection report within 2 working days.

Once the report is ready, you will receive a notification email and you can review the report via the CheckPlus platform.

Service prices are quoted per MD (man-day), based on the rate negotiated with the expert.

The platform has an inbuilt function that searches jobs by geo location. So our experts will with only apply for jobs that are within their reach based on geo location filter supported by Google map.

What sectors and market segments does CheckPlus operate in?

CheckPlus serves in the B2CB2B space in the Gig Economy market segments in the service industry. The current sectors supported include testing, inspection, certification, training, calibration and auditing.

For pre-payment clients, invoice will be sent by our team as soon as the quotation is confirmed. For monthly-payment clients, our team will send invoices to you on a monthly basis.

CheckPlus is located in Nairobi, Kenya but with a global network of experts and partnerships spread across the six continents.

A seller has the responsibility to ensure that the products they sell meet required safety standards.  A responsible manufacturer will have quality and compliance controls already in their production plants.  The manufacturer should be able to demonstrate that their products do comply with standards requirements.

Safety standards have been implemented in many countries in order to protect the population from unsafe products.  Verification prior to shipment ensures that unsafe products do not arrive in the country and have to be re-exported at significant cost to both the buyer and seller.

If you cancel you’re booking before the cut off time (before 4:00 PM local time at the Services’ location on the working day before service date), you will reimbursed in full in either KES or USD.

It should be noted that due to exchange rate fluctuation between your booking date and the cancellation date, as well bank or credit card charges, you may see a local currency impact (this could be both positive and negative).

For clarity, in the event you cancel the services after 4:00 PM local time at the Services’ location on the working day before service date, the Services booked will be charged in full.
