Objective: Consultancy Leading to Accreditation of the Inspection of Motor Vehicles as well as the Accreditation of the Driving School (Certification of Drivers).

Result: Project completed and Company Accredited by Kenya Accreditation Services (KENAS) in 2018 for the Inspection of Motor Vehicles.

Positions held: Principal Consultant – QMS & Associate Consultant for ISO/ IEC 17020.

Activities performed: FOR ISO/ IEC 17020 – This assignment involved conducting a gap analysis, Awareness trainings, documentation of Policies & procedures, Impartiality & Confidentiality risk assessment & treatment, System Implementation, Guidance in Audits & Management Review, and
guidance in Corrective Actions after Accreditation Audits.

Activities performed: FOR QMS – This assignment involved conducting a gap analysis, process determination, Awareness trainings, Design & documentation of processes, Risk Management, Implementation, training of Auditors and activities leading to Certification.
