Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Third-Party Inspector to conduct inspections of oil tanks. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the condition and compliance of oil tanks as per ADR regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough inspections of oil tanks to assess structural integrity, safety features, and compliance with ADR regulations.
– Perform visual examinations, measurements, and tests to identify any defects, damage, or non-compliance issues.
– Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings, observations, and recommendations for corrective actions.
– Collaborate with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with ADR requirements and facilitate certification processes.
– Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices for the maintenance and operation of oil tanks to enhance safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, inspection, or a related field.
– Certification or accreditation as a Third-Party Inspector with relevant experience in oil tank inspections and ADR certification.
– In-depth knowledge of ADR regulations, industry standards, and best practices for the safe transport of dangerous goods by road.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy in inspection procedures.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
– Flexibility to travel to various locations for on-site inspections as required.
