Team Lead/Senior Analyst
Training and supervision of subordinate personnel and analysts while keeping abreast with latest development of analytical standards and technique.
Supervision and coordination of laboratory activities in line with the company policy and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
Support the laboratory management in planning and technical management of the Lab.
Assisting the Quality management representative in coordinating and conducting internal audits as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
Identification and implementation of opportunities within the laboratory.
P&L responsibility for profitability to manage operations, manpower and equipment of the laboratory network.
Laboratory Chemist
• Analysis of Waste water for parameters such as BOD, COD, Ammonium, TDS, pH, Dissolved Oxygen, TSS,etc.
• Analysis of Portable water for parameters such as Total Alkalinity, Nitrate, Ammonia, Chloride, Fluoride, TDS, pH, Turbidity, Colour, TSS, Sulphates, Residual Chlorine, Bicarbonate, Dissolved Oxygen, conductivity.
•Analysis of soil for parameters such as Nitrate, Sulphate, Ammonia, Soil Texture, Soil Bulk density, Organic matter, Total Organic carbon, conductivity, ph, chloride, alkalinity, phosphate, Total Nitrogen.
•Analysis of Free fatty acids, moisture and volatile matter, colour, slip point, Titratable acidity, peroxide value and Iodine value in vegetable oil.
•Analysis of moisture, chloride value, sieve test, alkalinity, Sodium bicarbonate, matter insoluble in water, sulphates and Fluoride in Soda Ash.
•Analysis of soluble solids, titratable acidity and specific gravity in fruit juice.
•Analysis of fat content, moisture content,protein/Nitrogen, Ash content, acid insoluble and impurities in seeds and feeds.
